We’ve been photographing weddings together for over 15 years and more than 350 weddings. In that time, we’ve learned that great wedding photography isn’t about being the center of attention — it’s about knowing when to step in, and when to quietly step back.

We specialize in high-end, luxury weddings where expectations are high and there are no second chances. We know how to anticipate moments before they happen, and we don’t miss the ones that matter.

  • Yes! We've photographed weddings all over Alberta—from the mountains of Banff and Canmore to rural farms, small towns, and elegant city venues in Calgary and Edmonton. Travel fees vary depending on the location but we’re happy to provide you quote along with our detailed pricing guide.

  • For summer weddings or popular dates brides typically book between 12-18 months in advance. However you can book whenever you like and we make it simple to check availability with our online calendar.

  • Our style is natural, timeless, and story-driven. We believe that you should enjoy the experience on your wedding day just as much as the photos themselves and so we work hard to make sure that happens!

    We focus on genuine moments, real emotion, and a clean, editorial finish. We’ll provide lots of direction but also know when to step back and allow moments to unfold. Think documentary meets fine art, with an emphasis on making you look and feel like yourselves.

  • Absolutely we do! Engagement sessions are a great way for us to get to know each other and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera.

    We can meet somewhere special to you—mountains, lakes, cities, or fields—and make it fun and relaxed.

    *Note: not all collections include an engagement session, but it can be added from our a la carte pricing.

  • For a full-day wedding your wedding gallery will typically be between 800-1200 fully edited, high-resolution images.

    Fun fact: We include digital downloads to all of the photos in your gallery with every wedding collection we offer! They are your photos, we want you to have them all!

  • We have umbrellas!
    Seriously, we have like 20 of them sitting in the back of our car at all times, just in case this happens.
    Some of our favourite wedding photographs have been taken in the rain! It adds so much visual interest and the cloudy skies are so moody and romantic.
    While we realize that rain is usually not anyone’s first choice for their wedding day, we can still make amazing photographs together!

  • For outdoor ceremonies, we always recommend that you try to setup in such a way that the sun will be directly behind the altar. This will ensure that you have the most flattering and even lighting in all of your portraits!
    Most importantly, work hard to ensure that you are both in the same lighting. If the bride is in the sunshine and the groom is in the shade (for example) it makes it hard for guests to enjoy the ceremony and can often result in one of you being way to bright or dark in your photographs.
